IMI Books Higher H1 Profit, Revenue

02:29 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IMI (IMI.L) said Friday its profit and revenue for the first half grew year over year. Statutory profit after tax for the six months ended June 30 was 140 million pounds sterling, compared with 115.7 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.576 pound from 0.457 pound. The fluid and motion control company's revenue was 1.16 billion pounds, compared with 1.09 billion pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.121 pound per share, payable Sept. 21 to shareholders of record on Aug. 14. It paid 0.11 pound per share a year ago. For 2026, the company said it is on course to achieve mid-single-digit organic revenue growth and adjusted basic EPS between 1.36 pounds sterling and 1.42 pounds.
