Moody's Upgrades PSP Swiss Property on Credit Fundamentals

03:30 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's raised the long-term issuer and senior unsecured ratings of PSP Swiss Property (PSPN.SW) to A2 from A3, citing the company's "very solid and resilient" credit fundamentals. In a Friday note, the rating agency said it expects further improvement in the Swiss real estate company's credit metrics. Moody's is also optimistic about the company's leverage over the next 12 to 18 months, amid the sale of the Richtipark commercial development in Switzerland. Moody's kept its stable outlook on the company, citing expectations for maintained strong credit metrics and financial policies, as well as debt management.
