03:37 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lifco (LIFCO-B.ST) agreed to purchase ErgoPack France, the French distributor for the company's unit ErgoPack Deutschland. The Swedish conglomerate of small and medium-sized companies expects to consolidate ErgoPack France into its environmental technology business area in the fourth quarter, according to a Friday release. Lifco noted that the transaction will have a limited impact on its consolidated external sales, earnings, or financial position in the 2026 financial year.
