04:25 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Animalcare Group (ANCR.L) delisted from the London stock exchange's AIM on Friday following its acquisition by CCP PAW 2, a unit of funds managed or advised by Charterhouse Capital Partners. The veterinary pharmaceutical group applied for the cancellation on Thursday as the scheme of arrangement for the deal took effect, according to a Friday release.
