04:24 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spain's current account surplus dropped to 1.84 billion euros in May from 1.88 billion euros in April, according to Bank of Spain data published Friday. For the five months to May, the current account surplus totaled 12.65 billion euros, against 18.72 billion euros a year earlier.
