04:26 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AEP Plantations (AEP.L) completed its purchase of Admiral Potential, which owns PT Jaya Jadi Utama, an Indonesian company holding 7,169 hectares of cultivation rights in Central Kalimantan. The site borders the palm-oil producer's existing PT Kahayan Agro Plantation estate. The acquisition is expected to support operational and logistics efficiencies, according to a Friday release. Production from the acquired land will also supply fresh fruit bunches to the group's new KAP mill, helping improve utilization as volumes increase.
