04:50 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Maintel Holdings (MAI.L) named Craig Eadie as the successor to outgoing Nonexecutive Chair Stephen Beynon. Eadie joined the cloud, network and security managed communications company's board on Friday, according to a same-day filing. He will take over as nonexecutive chair on Aug. 7 upon Beynon's retirement. The company also appointed John Spens as deputy chair, effective immediately. Spens is a founder of the company.
