06:39 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton Food Group (HFG.L) said Friday it agreed to divest its vegan and vegetarian business in the Netherlands to Livekindly Production NL for 5.4 million pounds sterling. The London-listed food company said the sale of Dalco Food is in line with its strategy of focusing on its core meat and fresh prepared food businesses, while maximizing value from other businesses. Completion is subject to standard approvals, among other closing conditions.
