07:30 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quadrise (QED.L) said Friday it amended its existing representation agreement with its Moroccan agent, Younes Maamar, which covers commercial supply contracts for its MSAR fuel. The revisions include extending the contract to Dec. 31 and awarding Maamar 12 million warrants, contingent upon signing a commercial MSAR fuel supply agreement before the contract expires. The warrants may be exercised at any time until Dec. 31, 2027, the energy technology company added.
