08:51 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bluefield Solar Income Fund (BSIF.L), or BSIF, said Friday the scheme of arrangement for its all-cash acquisition by power generator Drax Group's (DRX.L) subsidiary Drax Smart Generation Holdco for 548 million pounds sterling has become effective. The scheme took effect following the Royal Court of Guernsey's issuance of a court order approving the deal at a hearing held the same day. Trading in the renewable assets investor's shares on the London stock exchange's main market was suspended, with cancellation of the listing set for Aug. 3. BSIF and Drax agreed on the terms of the offer in June.
