09:19 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boreo's (BOREO.HE) subsidiary Floby Nya Bilverkstad agreed to sell heavy vehicles-focused painting, surface treatment and coating services company Lackmästar'n i Håkantorp to JC Lack & Kaross. Following the deal, which was closed on Friday, the small-and medium-sized business acquirer's unit will now be able to further focus on its core business, according to a same-day release.
