01:46 AM EDT, 08/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- US-based video game company Electronic Arts anticipates its acquisition by Saudi Arabian sovereign wealth fund Public Investment Fund and investors to be concluded by Tuesday. According to a US Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory filing dated July 30, Electronic Arts noted that it has received all required regulatory clearances for the transaction. The transaction is still subject to customary requirements.
