05:30 AM EDT, 08/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Almujtama Alraida Medical's (SASE:9592) board of directors resolved to appoint Omar Yousef Khojah as chairman and Fahad Abdullah Al-Samih as vice chairman of the board. The resolutions were issued on Aug. 1, the Saudi Arabia-listed pharmacy operator said Sunday.
