12:21 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi AZM for Communication and Information Technology's (SASE:7211) board will propose increasing the number of board members to six from five at an extraordinary general assembly. The IT company said Sunday it will finalize the required regulatory procedures for approvals for the amendment in Article 15(a) of the company's articles of association relating to the formation of the board members. The proposed amendment comprises a minimum of three board members, with the number to be determined by the ordinary general assembly for each term of up to four years.
