01:11 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Makkah Construction and Development Co. (SASE:4100) said Monday its profit and sales for the first half increased year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 334.8 million Saudi riyals, compared with 294.3 million riyals a year earlier. EPS moved to 1.67 riyals from 1.47 riyals. The Saudi Arabia-listed construction group's revenue was 952.3 million riyals, compared with 623.7 million riyals a year ago.
