01:12 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction (SASE:4325) said Monday its net profit and revenue for the first half fell year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the six months ended June 30 was 261 million Saudi riyals, compared with 396.3 million riyals a year ago. EPS moved to 0.18 riyal from 0.29 riyal. The Saudi Arabia-listed real estate developer's revenue was 995.5 million riyals, compared with 1.17 billion riyals earlier.
