01:24 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Retal Urban Development (SASE:4322) agreed to extend the long stop date for its share swap agreement to acquire a 47.5% stake in Ajdan Real Estate Development from AlFozan Holding Co. The extension gives the Saudi real estate developer additional time to fulfill the conditions defined in the agreement, according to a Monday release.
