01:41 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nekkar's (NKR.OL) Globetech unit purchased a 60% stake in Norway-based maritime communications, navigation and CCTV systems supplier Satco for an undisclosed purchase price. The transaction, which was settled by cash, is set to expand the Norwegian industrial technology group subsidiary's portfolio by offering managed connectivity services, according to a Monday release. Additionally, the company noted that Globetech plans to fully take over Satco in 2029.
