(SASE:4050) unit Naft Services Co. agreed to sell a 2,148 square-meter land parcel in the Al-Nahda district of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for 44.5 million Saudi riyals. The buyer, Bayat Real Estate, paid 4.5 million riyals upon signing of the deal, with the remainder to be paid within 30 days, according to a Monday filing. The sale is part of the automotive services company's strategy to divest real estate assets to provide cash flow and enhance financial solvency.
