02:19 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Assa Abloy (ASSA-B.ST) agreed to acquire UK-based entrance and access control systems company Gunnebo Entrance Control. Subject to regulatory clearance, the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, the Swedish lock maker said Monday.
