The Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 3, Wenyuan Zhixing WeRide (WRD.US,00800), the world's leading autonomous driving technology company, and GreenMobility (NASDAQ Copenhagen: GREENM), a Danish shared electric vehicle travel platform, announced that they had reached a strategic cooperation to jointly build Denmark's first commercial autonomous driving shared mobility project. This marks Wenyuan Zhixing's first entry into the Nordic market, becoming the first Chinese Robotaxi company to set up in Northern Europe.
On the premise of obtaining relevant regulatory approval, the two sides plan to launch a commercial autonomous driving shared travel service to the public in the first half of 2027. At that time, local passengers will be able to experience Wenyuan Zhixing's latest generation L4 Robotaxi GXR that meets the requirements of EU regulations.

Denmark is the sixth European country that Wenyuan Zhixing has entered. Following the official announcement in June 2026 that it will launch the Robotaxi commercialization service in Madrid, Spain and Zurich, Switzerland, Wenyuan Zhixing will drive Robotaxi to Denmark. In just over two months, the company continuously promoted commercialization projects for the public in three European markets, and the European Robotaxi commercialization process entered a new stage of parallel and gradual progress in multiple markets.
Autonomous driving, electrification, and shared mobility are the three most definitive development directions for urban mobility in the future. Denmark has a perfect digital infrastructure and a high level of electric vehicle popularity. It is one of the most representative markets for green mobility development in Northern Europe. An open and forward-looking regulatory environment has also created favorable conditions for the normalization of autonomous driving services. Wenyuan Zhixing Robotaxi has entered the local daily travel system and will provide a new practical sample for the integrated development of autonomous driving and electric shared travel.

According to the plan, Wenyuan Zhixing and GreenMobility will work closely with the Danish Highway Authority (Vejdirektoratet), the Danish Road Traffic Authority (Færdselsstyrelsen) and other national and local authorities to promote project testing and deployment in an orderly manner under the premise of strict compliance with current Danish and EU laws and regulations, bringing safe, affordable and sustainable autonomous driving services to the Danish public and helping the development of smart mobility in the region.
At present, Wenyuan Zhixing's global autonomous driving business has expanded to 13 countries and more than 40 cities, and has an L4 autonomous vehicle fleet of more than 3,000 vehicles. It is also the only company in the world that holds eight autonomous driving licenses.
