02:54 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Q.beyond (QBY.F) is purchasing a 51% stake in GITG, the healthcare-focused consulting and software company of German software company SAP (SAP.F). GITG developed the new technology that will replace SAP's IS-H sector solution, which will be phased out in 2030, the IT service provider said Monday.
