04:18 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hargreaves Services (HSP.L) said Monday Simon Hicks assumed the role of chief executive officer, succeeding Gordon Banham, who stepped down on July 31. Hicks was previously the environmental and infrastructure services group's chief operating officer. The company announced plans to appoint Hicks as its new CEO in January.
