Atkore reported quarterly earnings of $1.92 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.56 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $794.800 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $761.233 million.

Atkore shares jumped 26.1% to $92.00 in pre-market trading.
