04:48 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK's manufacturing sector remained in growth territory in July on the back of upturns in production, new business and new export orders, although there was a reduction in stocks of purchases and jobs growth slowed. The final S&P Global UK Manufacturing PMI stood at 51.9, against the prior 52.5 and the flash estimate of 52.8, S&P Global said Monday. The latest reading marks the ninth straight month the index came in above the neutral 50 threshold.
