According to Zhitong Finance App, JS Global Life (01691) announced that the Group expects a net profit of not less than US$12 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (mid-2026), while a net loss of approximately US$53.7 million will be achieved during the same period in 2025 (mid-2025).

Furthermore, the Company expects the Group's adjusted profit in mid-2026 to be no less than US$13.6 million (mid-2025: US$13.5 million). The adjustment items mainly include equity compensation; changes in the fair value of restricted reward shares; and other non-recurrent items.

The Group's mid-2026 results turned a loss into profit mainly due to: the Group's continued implementation of strict cost control measures, which reduced the Group's overall expense ratio for the first half of 2026; the ownership of restricted reward shares was basically completed during the current period, and net expenses were significantly reduced compared to the same period last year; and the Group's SharkNinja business revenue in the Asia Pacific region increased, and its operating efficiency and profitability continued to improve, which contributed positively to the Group's overall profit.
