05:39 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Georgina Energy (GEX.L) raised a further 500,000 pounds sterling through an additional offer of new ordinary shares following a 1.5 million-pound equity raise in July, according to a Monday release. The helium, hydrogen and natural resources developer will issue 5,555,556 new ordinary shares to an institutional investor introduced by Fortified Securities. Each placing share carries one warrant, exercisable at 0.10 pound each. Net proceeds will primarily be used to advance the company's work programs and for general working capital needs.
