KUALA LUMPUR: LYC Healthcare Bhd faces a suspension in the trading of its securities if it fails to submit its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, by Aug 7.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd said LYC had failed to release its annual report, including its audited financial statements, auditors' report and directors' report, by the July 31 deadline as required under the ACE Market Listing Requirements.

In a filing on Monday, Bursa Malaysia said trading in the company's securities will be suspended from 9 am on Aug 10 until further notice if the outstanding annual report is not submitted by the Aug 7 suspension deadline.

Under the listing requirements, a listed company that fails to issue its outstanding financial statements within five market days after the reporting deadline will have its securities suspended from trading on the following market day.

Bursa also said delisting procedures will be initiated if LYC fails to issue the outstanding annual report within six months from the expiry of the stipulated reporting deadline, in addition to any enforcement action that may be taken.

LYC closed unchanged at one sen, with 5,532 shares changing hands. The counter has lost more than 66% of its value so far this year.
