06:07 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Home REIT (HOME.L) said Monday its wholly owned subsidiaries will enter voluntary liquidation amid its ongoing asset disposals. Amid its exit from the real estate investment trust regime, the London-listed property company said the liquidation of Home Holdings 1, Home Holdings 2, Home Holdings 3, and Home Holdings 4 will be carried out upon completion of the sale of the final four properties in its portfolio, which is expected by the end of August.
