06:29 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlzeCure Pharma's (ALZCUR.ST) board resolved on a directed new share issue to QuantumCell after the conditions of the companies' out-licensing and collaboration agreement were fulfilled. The Danish biology and drug discovery company will purchase 9,926,099 shares in the Swedish pharmaceutical company for 4.91 kronor apiece in cash, according to a Monday release. QuantumCell on July 1 agreed to buy AlzeCure Pharma shares totaling $5 million to help pay for the transaction, which relates to the NeuroRestore project ACD856.
