Zhitong Finance App News, Keji Pharmaceutical-B (02171) announced that CT0596, a generic CAR-T cell product targeting BCMA, has been approved by IND from the China Drug Administration to treat patients with recurrent/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM). The results of the CT0596 IIT study were presented on a poster at the 2026 European Society of Hematology (EHA) Annual Meeting.

CT0596 is a general-purpose CAR-T cell therapy targeting BCMA. It was developed based on the Thank-U Plus™ platform independently developed by Keji Pharmaceutical, and is currently being evaluated by IIT in R/R MM or plasma cell leukemia (PCL). CT0596 showed initial signs of good safety and encouraging efficacy. The company also plans to further explore other plasma cell tumors and autoimmune diseases driven by autoreactive plasma cells.
