12:00 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Akva Group (AKVA.OL) and unit Submerged AS' boards approved a proposed intragroup merger, with Akva as the surviving entity, according to a Monday release. The merger of underwater camera systems developer Submerged into Norwegian aquaculture technology developer Akva is expected to be executed following the expiration of a six-week creditor notice period by September-end.
