01:28 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mutakamela Insurance (SASE:8040) said Tuesday that it swung to a net loss in the first half, while insurance revenue declined year over year. Net loss after zakat attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 22 million Saudi riyals, compared with a net profit of 14.5 million riyals a year earlier. Loss per share was 0.37 riyal, compared with an EPS of 0.24 riyal. The Tadawul-listed insurer's insurance revenue was 408.6 million riyals, compared with 426.9 million riyals a year ago.
