Rotork Posts Higher H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Edges Down

02:24 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rotork (ROR.L) said Tuesday profit for the first half increased, while revenue edged down year over year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was 54.7 million pounds sterling, compared with 47.7 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.067 pound from 0.056 pound. The mission-critical intelligent flow control products manufacturer's revenue was 367.2 million pounds, compared with 367.3 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.03 pound per share, payable on Sept. 21 to shareholders on record Aug. 14. It paid 0.0295 pound per share in the year-ago period. Looking ahead, the company affirmed its outlook for full-year 2026, expecting continued progress on an organic constant currency basis.
