02:40 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Halma (HLMA.L) said Tuesday it completed the divestment of NovaBone Products and subsidiaries for a total of $60 million. The British safety technology company sold the US-based orthobiologic products manufacturing business to Isto Biologics in line with its capital allocation strategy.
