03:15 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EKF Diagnostics (EKF.L) said Tuesday it acquired 40,000 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 0.253 pound sterling per share. The diagnostics company carried out the acquisition on Monday, with the purchased shares earmarked for cancellation.
