03:29 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The board of United Electronics Co. (SASE:4003), d/b/a eXtra, proposed to repurchase up to 2,494,396 shares using the company's internal resources. The consumer electronics and home appliances company said Tuesday the bought-back shares under the program, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be held in treasury.
