03:30 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pharma Mar (PHM.MC) partner Jazz Pharmaceuticals plans to request the removal of Zepzelca's second-line label indication for metastatic small-cell lung cancer in the US. The Food and Drug Administration application, which is based on the results of the phase 3 Lagoon trial evaluating the drug in patient relapses, will be submitted in the third quarter, according to a Tuesday filing. The biopharmaceutical company clarified that the first-line maintenance indication for the drug remains unchanged.
