According to the news, Zhonglian Development Holdings Limited announced (including) Ganic Synergy Company Limited (a service company, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganic Success Limited (joint venture), and Ganic Success Limited is a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) as a service provider and Brightray Veridian PTE. LTD. (Customer) enters into a purchase contract (first purchase contract).

On August 3, 2026, the service company and the customer entered into a second procurement agreement (second procurement contract) to provide procurement services at the site in Malaysia, including but not limited to: procuring prefabricated AIDC modules that meet the customer's specific requirements for AIDC; arranging for the delivery of the prefabricated AIDC module to the designated port agreed between the service company and the customer, and the customer will arrange for the prefabricated AIDC module to be delivered to the site; and pre-molded AIDC module inspection for the customer; and The group arranges installation services.

According to the second procurement agreement, the service company will charge the customer a fee of approximately US$68 million (equivalent to approximately HK$535 million) for the procurement services provided. The total fee charged by the service company to the customer under the first purchase contract and the second purchase contract was US$93 million (equivalent to approximately HK$731 million).
