04:17 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eidesvik Reach, a joint venture between Eidesvik Offshore (EIOF.OL) and Reach Subsea (REACH.OL), signed a memorandum of agreement with an unnamed buyer to sell inspection, maintenance and repair vessel Viking Reach. The shipping company and the subsea services provider expect the transaction to be completed early in the fourth quarter, with Eidesvik expecting a gain of 80 million Norwegian kroner and Reach 40 million kroner, according to a Tuesday release. Reach will also sell the work-class remotely operated vehicle on the vessel, expecting to book a gain of 30 million kroner.
