Prologis, Inc. (NYSE:PLD) (the "Company" or "Prologis") announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company from the offering, before deducting estimated transaction expenses, are expected to be approximately $2.1 billion. The offering is expected to close on August 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
