(SASE:4321), d/b/a Cenomi Centers, said Tuesday its Westfield Jeddah project has transitioned to the operational phase following the completion of major construction works. The real estate developer said the pre-leasing level for the project is close to 96%, and it is now working with all tenants to complete unit fit-outs. Cenomi Centers also disclosed the issuance of the occupancy certificate.
