BXP announced the signing of an approximately 112,000-square-foot, 10-year lease renewal with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT), a national law firm, at Madison Center, a 760,000-square-foot workplace in downtown Seattle.

DWT’s renewal comprises the entirety of floors 29 through 33. DWT was represented by Michael Finch and Michael Odegard at CenturyPacific, LLLP. BXP was represented by Damon McCartney and David Greenwood at Broderick Group.”We moved into Madison Centre as the first anchor tenant in 2018, and after touring many other spaces, we continue to believe this is the most beautiful building in the city,” said Wendy Kearns, DWT’s Seattle partner-in-charge.”

DWT’s Seattle office, the largest of the firm’s nine locations, is home to more than 600 professionals. “DWT’s commitment to renew and invest in their space at Madison Centre underscores the demand for premier workplaces in Downtown Seattle,” said Kelley Lovshin, Vice President, Seattle Regional Director, BXP.
