G. Willi-Food International Ltd. (NASDAQ:WILC) (the "Company" or "Willi-Food"), a global company that specializes in the development, marketing and international distribution of kosher foods, announced that it intends to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") from the NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") and concentrate its share trading on one single exchange, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE").
