11:39 PM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nykode Therapeutics (NYKD.OL) said Tuesday the draft recommendation for its pending tax appeal in Norway is now expected in August. The biopharmaceutical company received the update from the Norwegian Tax Appeal Board secretariat, which is preparing the recommendation. The secretariat previously said it would release the document by the end of July.
