01:53 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jost Werke (JST.F) agreed to sell its tipper body business in India to Belrise Industries for 5 million euros, according to a Wednesday release. Subject to regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter. The German manufacturer of safety-critical systems for commercial vehicles expects the sale to enhance its operational flexibility in the country.
