02:46 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Schaeffler (SHA0.F) expanded its partial retirement program in Germany as it expects 1,300 individuals representing 20% of employees born up to and including 1971 to accept the offer. The German motion technology group said Wednesday its management board also agreed to flexible models for the arrangements. It flagged 51 million euros in one-off costs in 2026, with savings expected to take effect from 2027.
