05:31 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PNE (PNE3.F) said Wednesday it sold two wind farm projects in Germany with a combined capacity of 45 megawatts to a group of private investors. The repowering projects are both under construction. Commissioning of the Wulfsdorf A project in Schleswig-Holstein is due in December 2026, while that of the Kuhstedt III project in Lower Saxony is expected around the turn of 2026/2027. The wind farm developer said its energy consult GmbH subsidiary will handle operational management of both projects.
