(SASE: 4261) said Wednesday its board approved the establishment of a limited liability subsidiary to operate a car rental business in Bahrain as part of its regional expansion strategy. The Tadawul-listed car rental company will own a 99% stake in the unit, while Chief Executive Officer and board member Naif Mohammed Al-Theeb will hold the remaining 1% to adhere to Bahrain's regulatory requirements.
