10:10 AM EDT, 08/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Novo Nordisk (NOVO-B.CO) said Wednesday it won a preliminary injunction against Ceban Ziekenhuisfarmacie in a patent infringement case involving a compounded semaglutide nasal spray. The District Court of The Hague in the Netherlands ruled that Ceban infringed the Danish drugmaker's supplementary protection certificate covering semaglutide and ordered Ceban to immediately stop selling the nasal spray. The order also covers the removal of references to the product from relevant listings and websites, disclosure of supply chain information, and reimbursement of Novo Nordisk's legal costs.
